        Still kicking.....

        You know I am really tired of having MS. This has got to be the longest flare yet.

        Well it should start cooling off soon that usually helps. Of course winning the lottery would help too. I was just informed that you have to buy a ticket in order to win. Well that's a rip off!

          I tell you, it's a wild time around here tonight. I knew I shouldn't have bought that catnip. Both cats are running around here, not wearing a stitch of clothes, and one has a lampshade on her head.

            My Rana would sniff her catnip then dive into it head first and roll around. I wish I'd taken a picture!

            Glad Gary is still with us. Howie will probably have the lampshade on his head before it's all over.

                REALLY Good presentation today! And the folks from the Foundation liked the presentation so much, they have asked if I would be willing to travel to 5 other cities in the US to present it. All asleep upstairs now, David is asleep on the couch "reading" and I'm about to turn off.

                      I haven't been bowling in many years but I used to hear pins drop often. Now I'd be lucky not to fall over when I tried to roll the ball.

                        I used to bowl too, and one time was one pen away from a perfect game. I wouldn't even think about it now.

                          I gave up on bowling as a career. Or even as a hobby.

                          I was usually several pins away from a strike or spare.
                          SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) 12/20 - 3/19/24.

                            Gary, glad to see you back. Sorry things are so rough right now. Hang in there, even if just by your fingertips, maybe things will be better soon. Hope so.

                            Cherie, glad all went well with the presentation. So, what was your answer about doing the five city thing? Personally, just thinking about it almost causes me to have a flare!

                            I have been reading again. If anyone likes to read really big sagas I strongly suggest "Somerset" and "Roses". I have now read both. They are 600 pages each, but so good it really doesn't take long to go through them. I got close to the end of "Somerset" and was sad to see my book ending. I love books like that.

                            Went to neighbors house last night for dinner. Three of us cooked and put everything together. They insisted I bring all leftovers home and said they had done this for me. So I will not have to cook for a few nights. Tonight I met my two brothers, along with their wives and a niece for dinner. It was nice and we had a good time.

                            By the way, I sometime use IE and sometime I use Google Chrome. I have all my favorites (and I am afraid I could not duplicate some of them again) on IE so I am afraid to do any clean up work on my computer. I should get a lap top. I am sure I would type on here more often, but right now I just have the desk top. I didn't buy a lap top because I do not like typing on them.

                            Howie, are you complaining about your problem that caused your Doctor to write the prescription? It sounds like something some men would like to have.

                              Hi Virginia! I don't go to the doctor again until October. But I did call CVS, and told them not to refill that one. I never said anything about such a problem which makes me think a mistake was made somewhere.

                              I am hopelessly single, and have been for MANY years. I love talking to women at like my grocery store, and joke and kid with them, but that's as far as it goes.
