Grape cake! Oooh, what an excellent combo!

Gary, the remote is always between the cushions on the couch. They should make white remotes so we could find them. I had a recliner once, my first one, and it would entirely eat the remote down the side panel. I had to have Mr. Long Arms <Pizza Guy> get it out for me.

Peg, hope your day has been great. I know it was if you took a bite of Agate's cake. Doesn't that look yummy!

Virginia, agate has given me some real cake recipes. They are basic and turn out great. She knows I have allergies so she helped me find some good ones that can be changed and added to. Peg gave me great bread machine recipes for super dinner rolls and sticky cinnamon buns. The above is true. :o

I think I gained a few lbs this winter. Yummy. Also true.

Then there's Ann's dark chocolate. More yum.

If you keep up this talk, Lady, people will think I actually made that cake and took a photo of it. I've never made a cake that fancy!

The frosting is really thick on it, did you notice? Not the thing for dieters but then Peg isn't a dieter!

Lady- my chocolate is also true. I buy it at Aldi's. German dark chocolate, 85% dark. I also have some 75% that I bought by mistake (it now tastes sweet to me). There is real chocolate backing up the cyber- chocolate so party away.

I don't make cakes but occasionally do brownies w walnuts- you'all can have some of those, too.

:) Hi everyone. I think I changed my profile but I am posting to see if it worked. Things are the same here, hot and humid. All the family are doing ok at the moment. Jeanie :)

Jeanie- that is very good news about the family. I am sorry about your humidity- that just is no good for MS'ers. Keep cool,

Well I never (as Howie would say)!!! I got left out.

Lady how did you get Agate's cake receipe and Peg's bread receipe? No wonder you eat so well. You guys are just too smart for me. Cleaning house I can see but baking things like cake and bread - now that's really ambitious.

Gary, I want you and DW to stay away from each other until you're rid of that cold.

Sally, Cherie, I worry about Howie too. I had his email until my machine needed replacement and I lost all my email and telephone contacts, data, pictures, etc.

I'm going back to the old phone book directory we used to write in, in the last four decades. Better yet, my Rolodex. This computer generation is for the young folks. :ambivalence:

When the computer guy said my pretty new computer is now a worthless piece of crapola, and all data is lost, what do I have left? Nada. This sucks eggs big-time!

                                Howie how are you buddy?
