    ((((((Sally)))))) ~

How often do you take your meds? Every 8 hours? Or every 12 hours? It would be great if the times could be coordinated so that you don't have to be awakened during the night.

I agree with Ann. You should feel safe and be able to have a restful night's sleep. I'm so sorry that isn't the case for you.

Healing prayers on their way ~

Sally, you were on LDN for a very long time. I absolutely know nothing about LDN, but I have just been mulling this over in my mind. Since I have heard people here on the forum say they slept better on it and felt much better, do you think that just coming off of it without being weaned off might be a problem for you?
Could it possibly be part of your anxiety?

Again, I know nothing of this drug. However, if it can have the affect it was having on you, then it seems reasonable, in my mind, that it might take a long time
to come off it and feel right again. If I remember correctly you just stopped without cutting back and weaning off. That may be alright, but as I said it is something that has just been going over and over in my mind. I think I will google it. I know there use to be a real nice man at a pharmacy you could call and he would give you all the answers. I was given the number here, and he was honest enough to recommend that I not go on it due to other medications I am on. That has been a long time and I don't remember his name or where he is located.

I'm so glad you said that, Virginia. I recall Sally being on LDN for a long time as well. Was it Skip's pharmacy that so many people used? Seems as if a call to Skip's--or whatever pharmacy you got it from--might result in a supply of it sent to you by mail, maybe even by express mail, and the nursing home could be alerted so they'll make sure you get it when it arrives.

I agree with Gary. It is such a big change it takes time to make this kind of adjustment, but your friends do want to support you.

Sally I have tried to make it on my own. As much as people would like to understand-they don't. We are here for you 24/7. So go ahead post/text/call. We do understand. For instance my family was just this minute arguing about who has to get up early to take me to my infusion WITh ME SITTING IN THE SAME ROOM now how does that make you8 feel? Sheesh

You know, I love the forum small like it is. There are many readers, but 7 or 8 that post, and it makes it personal, we know each other, and celebrate the positive things, and can offer support and maybe some solutions when things are bad.

You tend to lose that kind of connection on large forums.

I don't know where I was going with this, but I'm glad to be here with you folks!
