Congratulations on your swim, Bbs! So glad things are some what better for you. Keep on moving.

I did store walking yesterday, a hot and humid day here. Too many stores = too many spasms. I am going to try to take today off.

Ouch Ann, one spasm alone kills my desire for moving for days...

Re D3, my neuro rxd 2000iu 3 times week. Taking it daily pushed it too high per blood test.

Taking days off to recover from overdoing is a must, I think. One of the great advantages of not having to work is that you can do that as needed.

Today I swam a 1/4 Mile plus an extra 93 yards, nearly an extra football field, about 15+ minutes.

Good work, Bbs. Are you using the home pool or is it too hot for that?

It's in the 90's and humid here in Western PA. Today was lunch out and taking Mom to Walmart to stock up on non-perishables. This means too much walking.

I was forced to take yesterday, today and probably tomorrow off after going two days in a row. I try not to do that. One is enough and then I need rest, but this was kind of a needed to thing.

BBS, there were other less expensive ALAs at Whole Foods, but the pills looked like they would be too large to swallow. Since they come in the dark bottles I could not see them real well, but I could tell these were the smallest. However, I may have to cut back on the dosage and get use to them. When I took this mornings capsule I didn't feel very good later. May not have been that, I can't say for sure.

By the way, if anyone wants to try it, I was unable to get to Harris Teeter to get the yogurt that I normally buy this week. So while at Whole Foods I bought some "fage". I got the zero kind, meaning it is skim milk I guess. It has 110 calories, but 18 grams of protein. I like the taste of it. I use to get it some time at Harris Teeter, but I think they stopped selling it. I use to find it most everywhere. It is more expensive than the brand I get, but may be worth it. I pay $4 for 5, or $9 for 10 of the Harris Teeter brand. Fage cost $1.27 each at Whole Foods.

Virginia, if you didn't feel good, it's the fillers inside the pill/capsules that don't agree with you.

Pitch them out and order Amazon.

Home pool. I swim at 7:00 a.m, before the sun hits the water.

At this time of year the public pool looks like a polio epidemic. I avoid it. Also, it's a drive to and fro, a walk from the car to pool, and then to the shower after and to the car. For a normal person, "What's the big deal?" But, for me, it's almost a deal breaker.

Ann, I hope you are able to get the house cooled down and you get some good rest. Walking in airports is just more than I can phantom right now, but I certainly use to do it.

You got you exercise in for a couple of days at least.

Good job Ann. I trust you're asleep now...
Virginia, me too! Now way I could fathom walking airport right now!

Today I swam 25 minutes after determining my swallow was good enough to be able to drink and eat.

That is 1/4 mile plus 146 yards . Bam !

I'm like Ann, I like reading about your surfing. I've never surfed, but it sure looks fun. Next time, maybe Ann and myself can get on your board with you!
