It arrived, without instructions for putting it together or a part list... My teenager did his best to put it together without instructions, only to find out that some of the parts were missing and and the only way I could get a refund was to send it back. It makes me want to swear. E-Bay scammers.

Too bad! I've had that kind of thing happen with items not bought on eBay too and it's very very annoying.
