        Headache is now gone.
        Company has not yet come
        and may not show up

        In some ways relieved
This person's a lot of work
        Expectations gone!

        He's an old colleague
Who comes and sleeps away time
        Why don't I get it?

                  Virginia,
Love that you're here contributing. Haiku has an exact format: Three lines only. 5 syllables in first and third line and 7 syllables in second line so 5/7/5.

Since I have never done this before, I think I better read up on Haiku.

                        It's kitten season--
So they say. Some kitten waits
                        For its place to stay.
