    ((((((Hugs to All)))))) ~

    agate and Parsi ~

Perhaps you could ask Ralph for details on how people can participate in the conference call? If he doesn't know the answer, then perhaps he can provide the service link by which the call will be made.

    I might ask:

Will the service be on a phone call or on the internet?

How do we connect to the conference call?

How many people are expected to participate?

Ralph is the only source for this information, so I'd ask him directly.

    Love & Light,

Rose, I believe Agate is the only one communicating with Ralph. I think maybe he is going to let her know what to expect. Cat use to belong to an online church which at one time she kind of was the leader and I think she did something like this on Sundays. Its been awhile and I don't know how many members there were.

I was assuming that more details would be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks but maybe we need to ask about them. We don't even know how to connect or what to connect with.

            A message from Ralph:

Hi Joan! You should be getting a memorial program for Ann in the mail by Monday. I sent out 30 programs yesterday, & hope to get out another today. Still trying to get things together . To join the service all you need is a telephone. If you have a computer I think you can get video too. Time for breakfast. Take care. I sent out programs to [several] of your Brain Talk friends that I had gotten condolence cards & addresses from.

For awhile she was posting as both Cat Dancer and Uppitycats, depending on which device she was using. It was a recognition problem between the devices and BT.

Today I received what I think TC was referring to as the memorial program. It has the date and time (12/15 from 2 to 5pm) with the phone and online information. Since this is a forum open to pubic view I hesitate to share in this thread. However, if you wish to join the conference video, message me and I'll share url, phone #, and Meeting ID#.

He put in his address if anyone wants to contact him. It says Mt Morris which would be the physical address. I hadn't realized that community was so close to where they lived. The address I shared previously (with his permission) said Wautoma which would be the postal address (googling confirms).

The computer still is a challenge for him, but he is on Kindle Fire messenger which Ann had helped him with. I haven't a clue how to get there and he couldn't guide me.

There is a wedding picture included. The love they shared was very evident.

In his Memorial Program entitle "Love Conquers All" he reveals that they both were into social justice. That should not come as a surprise to any of us.
He wrote that the "group close to her heart was Brain Talk".
She underestimated the impact she had on us. TC wrote "She wasn't sure if you all would remember her after she died." I'm pretty sure we won't forget her.

BTW if you want the "memorial program' he sent, I can scan it and send it to you if the PMs here allow attachments.

I received the notice too, Parsi, and thank you for offering to transmit the information to anyone who would like it.

I just received a recent photo of Cat from Ralph too but am wondering if it's a good idea to post it here on the board? You hear so much about photos being used to track other information about a person, like a home address.

I also received the information today Parsi. Also, the pictures and a note Ralph wrote to me. There may be some who do not receive this information, so thanks for offering to send it on.

In a note Ralph says that he sent the notice about the memorial service to the 5 people he had addresses for. But of course anyone on this board can just send a PM to Parsi (or me) to get the information if you want to find out how to check in.

Apparently there's a phone number you can call instead of going to the Website. I'll probably do the call instead of the Website.

Agate, it says a video conference. Can we just talk on the phone without the video?

I'm sorry I don't know. With other teleconferences and Webinars I've taken part in, nothing was connected until very near the time that had been scheduled for the event. We'll probably have to wait and see if we can connect either by phone or online.

When I go to the Zoom Website, it looks as if that event is scheduled, and somehow I seem to have signed up for it.

You can probably join early as well:

Many of the folks I sent programs out to, will be calling in to let me know how they got connected to Ann. It's nothing formal, by a saying goodbye to Ann. I hope everyone gets to call in & say their piece. If they want me to call back or write I hope they give me their address and/or phone number. I'm still getting to folks that were her friends, & just now getting to contact them. I've sent programs out to California to New Jersey, & Florida to Winnipeg in Canada. Wish me the best. I'm still trying to get the living room straightened out for this. My head has been going on circles at times. Take care.
