I swam this morning for 1/2 mile and 80 yards, 27 minutes. Did PT today and we talked about instead of walking for 2min45sec at one clip 2-3x daily, break it up so I am walking around the kitchen doing my chores and cooking, just as long as I am on my feet.

The other way, I had nothing left to do my cooking with...

Laura came today and did a little more than usual since I am not feeling too well. So mostly I have just set today, however I did do 3 loads of laundry, and I helped her put clean sheets on my bed and I made the rest up. I cooked vegetable soup for supper.

Bravo for you, Virginia! I think it's great that you're able to do so much in spite of UTI symptoms.

On Monday I walked a museum and came home and did two loads of laundry that included two flights of stairs. I also ran the dishwasher and there is some bend and stretch with putting it all away. Yesterday, I decluttered the house for the house cleaners. Today, I plan to take a walk. It’s clear and crisp out.

Glad you're back from the doctor, Virginia. I hope that the med starts working soon!

ANN pushes hard. She does lots of stairs and airports and such. Agate has trouble remembering to do enough exercise each day....

ANN has less motor disability - an unfair advantage.

Today I walked a total of six blocks to get some hot black bean soup for lunch. Tasty. And I did stairs for another load of laundry and ran and emptied the dishwasher again. Then I made the Basque Garlic and Potato soup for the 5 th time this season.

It was a good day and a good day for soup. Cold day, with a high of 38 and only 25 now!

Today, without planning on doing it, I cleaned my master bathroom and another one off the hall. I took a long handle brush that extends and I let it out and after I leaned over my big whirlpool tub and sprayed it with cleaner I used the long brush to clean it and rinse it. It was a lot of leaning. I cleaned both of my vanities and the toilet. Then I went in my other downstairs bath and did it.

Laura told me Friday that she is coming next week on Monday. She has just started coming when she decides and I started to call and tell her not to come, but I decided that I should not cut off my nose to spite my face. There is plenty to be done.

I am tired after cooking supper, so I will sit in front of the fire and read.

Wow, Virginia, scrubbing tubs and toilets. That’s hard work. Stars for you. None for Laura.

I went up two flights of stairs to fetch my MIL, then lunch and then walked around Trader Joe’s. It was busier than I have ever seen it.

At home I did one more load of laundry.

Ann, you seem to be doing a load of laundry about every day lately.
