OK,I went to the "how to" Forum, read Jeannie's explanation to someone as to how to get to Emotional Support and some other Forums I had not been able to find. So, I have that settled, thank goodness. Now to work on the "BOLD" so some of us can see better. My Cateract's are much worse and it's getting harder every day.

Yes Jeannie, we have a large group of very supportive friends here in Emotional Support Forum. I hope all feel free to come here, we are all friendly and easy to get to know the new members. I too feel sad when I think of Kat. I also wondered how Jeffrey was. I hope he is doing well.

        Take care all, Julia

the bush (right now it looks like a tree) will grow 8ft. high by 8ft. wide. there are two branches right now that are about 8 ft. high and they look kind of weird standing out from the rest of the bush. i had to tie them to some other branches during the winter because i didn't want the wind to whip them around and maybe break them, although they are very supple. the taller branches are at the back of the tree and i couldn't get a decent pic of them unless maybe i laid on the ground, but i didn't feel like doing that today

          , jeannie

I found the site again, thank goodness hope everyone is doing good. Spring is finally starting to show itself, and life is good. I am getting ready to get my baby's Quinceanera rolling, August is around the corner and time flies. Hope everyone is feeling good, doing good and sickness are staying to the minimum.

I have had very busy months. My daughter after some many years of recovering, and quitting sports, decided that this her first year of HS would be the year she returned to sports and I am very happy for it. She played Volleyball during the Fall, was assistant to the Athletic Trainers and now she is back in full to playing soccer, for the school team and a Travel Team, and I am busy but content.

My oldest daughter decided to study Medical Assistant and then go for either a Phlebotomist or a Register Nurse, she will be graduating from MA in December and then get Certified to be a Phlebotomist finally has decided to do something with herself.

Is nice to finally find the site again and I hope everyone is feeling good, doing good and sickness are staying to the minimum.

                hey all !

well, all ya'll must be enjoying this wonderful weather. i read that washington state (where pati lives) is the hottest place in the usa yesterday and today! we got up to 78 in michigan today and it was aboslutely beautiful!

my lilacs are about to bloom and the french lilac bush that my son helped me move to a very sunny spot has burst forth with many flowers that will soon bloom also! i was sniffing the french lilac and the regular lilacs and you can tell the difference. the french lilac has a stronger, more flowery fragrance. the regular lilacs smell nice too, but this french one is special. the fact that this bush survived being dug up and moved after 40+ years makes me so happy. it was planted under a shady maple tree and it used to grow long branches to try and find some sun to bloom. now it gets sun almost the whole day, from morning until sunset. i will post pics when it is in full bloom!

thank you for the update on you and your daughter's, bella! i hope your youngest has a wonderful quinceanera! i went to a mexican bakery in the section of detroit that has a large mexican population and also to a mexican market with a friend and we picked up things to make salsa and also some "dulce tres leche" cake at the bakery. the cake was absolutely delicious!

where is everyone else? i know julia is a bit under the weather and i hope to see her back here soon! joy, you are not kidding with this cough that is going around. i had it in april for 10 days, it went away and then i visited my mom in the nh and caught something similar. i have been coughing for 10 days again, but feeling okay today. i wonder if working around the plants makes it worse?

well, i said that i had planted 24 sunflower seeds, the ones that get really tall. i didn't know how many would grow and all of them did! where in the heck am i going to plant 24 sunflowers? i planted 7 today, maybe i can plant 4 more, but that's it. i am calling friends and seeing if they want any. the seedlings are 5 inches tall and ready to plant!

well, i hope to see ya'll soon! take care of yourselves and to all mom's out there:

I'm here - and sorry I haven't written in a while! Things are crazy. I've been sick - come to find out its an abscessed tooth - that has already had a root canal and crown. It has to be pulled next week. A tooth pulled... I'm so scared. :( Had my wisdom teeth out at 19. I still remember :(

I hope you are all ok. I still keep this Web site up all the time on my phone browser! That way I remember to read - and please know I do.

                  Love,

I have lost track of Kat, and am wondering how he/she is doing. I recall that she was having some problems recently.

                        Jeannie, your bushes are beautiful.

I went to my ladies group. I had a good time. The ladies have bonded so I have to go more often to become a real part of the group. I'm going to try real hard to go every Monday.

We are in the 90's today. I have all of the windows closed, I don't want to turn the air on for one day in the 90's. My flowers are just coming up. The tulips haven't even bloomed yet.

My youngest daughter is hosting a shower for the oldest daughter this weekend. We are having both. Guys are welcomed to come. No games though. My future son in law is not going to be here, He's in Montana. It was just to busy when he was here in March. We figure we will just have pictures of him. lol

My youngest is still trying to get over to Scotland to go to school. She is trying real hard. I want her to go but on the other hand I don't. I won't be able to see her much.
                        Take care,
                        Dawn

                              Hi all,

K so I'm at home of the couch after battling a tooth infection all week - well really for TONS of weeks.

Dentist pulled the tooth. Beyond salvageable. Good cause you know what? I couldn't take it anymore. Fevers, nausea, etc. Can't believe an infected tooth can cause all that!

I'm kind of embarrassed. Like, who gets a tooth pulled?! Someone who doesn't brush? I BRUSH!! Ew if I didn't. Anyway all the fillings and root canals failed on this and I just had a bum tooth I guess. All the way in the back, left bottom molar. Hoping I won't miss it.

The dentist agreed that this tooth could have been making me sick for the last 6 months! I can't tell you how many times I just had a fever for no real reason. Taught at least 6 or so exercise classes sick - Just last week i taught a class and then wet on to throw up. Ugh.

I did work for part of the day today - had to go home because I was feeling sick. Dentist says give it a few days and if I'm not better call.

Very much looking forward to feeling better. Being sick like I was/am still actually really sucked. So many people have it much worse though. I'm hopeful the problem is now solved. Grateful to be on the mend!

P.S. Cloudz - I'm not sure about lies but what I KNOW the media does - because I was the media once - is sensationalize things that really don't need to be sensationalized. They decide what story is the most "interesting" to them and then cover it. They don't care who it hurts or what it causes. They just do it for ratings. Still so glad I got out of that biz!

Hope u are all well. I haven't read a lot of posts yet here but going to do that now

                              Love,
