    Gary,
My husband has suffered with bouts of heartburn/reflux over the years. But when it got pretty constant, he went to see the doc, who put him on Prevacid. While it seemed to work, whenever he quit taking it, the reflux promptly returned. I had read somewhere that a little shot of apple cider vinegar could stop this pesky problem, so he decided to give it a try. Now, apple cider vinegar is not the tastiest stuff, but he was determined! It worked great! Whenever he starts feeling heartburn or reflux returning, he takes a little apple cider vinegar again and the reflux is no more.

I used to have a little reflux myself, but since I found a liking to Wishbone's Red Wine Vinegar salad dressing and now use it on salads all the time, I never have problems with reflux. Wonder if it's the vinegar in the dressing?

Vinegar is great stuff. Takes hard water/calcium build up off of all kinds of things. I throw a cup of cheap, white vinegar in the rinse cycle of my dishwasher every time it's run. Otherwise, my glasses come out super cloudy. We have very hard well water here.

Hi folksies, how you all be? Since being in the hospital for rehab/PT/OT etc., I'm feeling better and stronger. It's still no picnic dealing with MS and all it's sides, but keeping strong helps. I'm surprised, as I thought I was just destined to go downhill with MS and age, at a steady speed.

There are days, I think I just can't make it but I talk myself into getting up off my lazy duff and keep moving. My dog reminds me that I still have responsibilities (the little pest)

I'm with Gary and oh so tired of having MS (had my 1st SX 48 years ago.) Yes, I was only 2..lol. I don't particularly like my life now. It's so different than it used to be. In my youth (even with light MS) I was spur of the moment spontaneous and so active.

I'm not sad, I have my Prozac and LDN to keep me warm and Family to care about me and visa versa, Have my good health other than the usual ups and downs, so I'm sorta content being a recluse, I guess.

I'm a little skeered and lonely, because my life- DD and Grands are all in Fla at disney until thursday and this is our usual visit day. Ever since I fell, I'm fearful of being alone and falling....I know, call 911.

Thanks all for hearing my little whine without cheese today. How are you all faring?
        Love, Sally
