Let us hope it's 100% Biotin. Best of luck,Originally posted by BBS1951 View PostIt was just a packet. When I took it in capsule, I got gassy. But that maybe been due to the fillers in the capsules. This time it's just powder, 100% Biotin, no fillers.

Indeed. It's a crap shoot unfortunately. It's from a supplier all the MS patients on the FB Biotin page use. Who knows what's really in it....

The scale is very cool. It will weigh out 100mg which I can measure with the smidgen spoon I bought at Amazon. A smidgen is 1/32 of a tsp! The scale looks like something from a science lab.
I gotta try it. This disease is really eroding my surfing . That's where I draw the line :)Last edited by Sunshine; 05-08-2016, 02:28 PM.

What scale and smidgeon teaspoon did you buy, BBS?
Only possible side effects I can find, and it's clearly noted that no long term studies are available to know for certain, are acne, rashes, or possible allergy.
That's all I've been able to find.
