According to this, I'd get more accurate pedometer readings if I went back to wearing it on my waist instead of my pocket. So Howie is right.

Oh no! Howie is right! We'll never here the last of that!!! Actually, mine has no way to be attached to my waist, so it is wear it on a land yard or put it in a pocket. Well, maybe I am getting within 10% of accuracy.

Virginia, mine is the same--either around the neck or in the pocket. I thought there was a way of clipping it onto a waistband but there isn't.

I swam 400 feet, or 133 yards in 10 minutes. No good deed goes unpunished. My legs took 2 hours to settle down with an extra Tizanidine pill.

Neuro today said my tolerance to exercise will be the measure of effectiveness of the med doses. It gets an F today.

BBS, an F would be when you can't swim at all. I do recall my neuro telling me to take extra diazepam when I was having spasms. I had forgotten that.

"Howie is right". Even though I've heard that a million times in my life, it still feels good to hear.

My walking felt better today, so, to test it to see if I could walk the boardwalk sandy incline, I walked 2 minutes, up my sandy driveway incline. The walking was easy to do, which is progress. But it resulted in shin muscle twitches. Doh!

Am still in a learning curve and Tizanidine learning curve.

My crew is picking me and my board up in a.m. And taking me the 50 minute drive, wheeling me to the water and taking me right back home.

There is a dude at beach who is selling me CBD oil too, to try (Cannabinol, made from hemp plant, no THC in it). The Marinol helped a lot yesterday, sucked the pain right out. But I felt like I was rocking on a boat.

It's expensive but I will try it cuz who knows how long Floridatakes to approve me for MMJ.

Back from surfing. My friend drove me there and home, and another got the wheelchair rented and ready :)

They wheeled me to wAters edge. My MS friend was in the ocean floating and swimming and we waved :)

The water was refreshing 76/77 F. Some baitfish, semi glassydue to no wind. Air felt 80-85, very sunny.

The waves were bigger than anticipated, but we found a section where they were breaking about knee high. I knew from swimming at home I had to stop after a few minutes and call it a day...so I worked quickly.

I paddled out easily and enjoyed the coolness of the ocean spray on me as I paddled up the face.

(One of the dudes heard I would come, so he brought his camera to take pics! He hugged me and said I am an inspiration to all. My shaper also hugged me)

At first, I took a whitewater in on belly. Then I told myself, "your goal was to stand up on a wave. Get back out there. The wave won't kill you. If you spasm, you can always go to ER".

The clock was ticking, so I couldn't wait for a perfect wave. The next rideable one I paddled for, felt the back of the board lift, and shouted to self, "POP UP Now!"

I did it! The ride was short and sweet. I got out, to cheers from the fans :) I hope the pic came out well...
After I surfed,I bought CBD oil from a dude whose brother grows it in Colorado. It's legal to buy since it has no THC in it.

It seems to help, unsure if it's placebo. Playing with dose. Started out very low. Stay tuned...it seems very relaxing.

It took extraordinary effort and coordination to make this happen. Feeling very grateful...

                      Sending up loud applause here!

And even if the CBD oil is just having a placebo effect, at least it's an effect.

I swam 8 minutes instead of four this morning. 240 Yards. I took 10 mg the CBD oil 45 mimites before.

Neuropathy returned @ an hour ago, took another 10 mg. Looking for the right dose.

Think I will try 20 mg around 2 pm. (I can save money if I can do 20mg 3x day instead of 30 mg)

What happened on the day you got 1800 steps? You were feeling pretty strong!
