A day of feeling up to housework is a great day! Of course there's housework and then there's housework.
I used to be in a 4-bedroom house with two sets of stairs and a yard that was on several levels (more stairs). Not sure I'd want to try cleaning that place or any like it any more.
Agate, mine is almost too much for me and it is only 3 bedrooms with one set of stairs inside, but I also have 3 full baths. Of course there are always the living areas. Still my house is very livable in that I do not have to go upstairs. My bedroom and office are on first floor, but when I do not get to the second floor I worry about weather everything is alright or not. I did not get up there today, but will try to do that and vacuum tomorrow. Enough was done today to take some of the pressure off. Computer printer acting ugly took a lot of my time this afternoon.
Yesterday’s IVIG is reaping benefits. I was able to walk from the car to the pool capably without frantically looking for supports in the way.
I was able to do 650 Yards in 21 minutes uneventfully, still not brave enough to risk spasm by doing more. The warm air helped since there was no shivering;)
I'm going to do it like Agate, and give my results for 1 week at a time.

I have a new trick. I look at the pedometer in the early evening and see how I've been doing that day. If I don't like the results, I try to walk up and down the hall several times or else through the building, to rack up more steps. Somehow pacing around in my apartment just for the exercise doesn't work as well. (Not enough room to pace much.)
Sunshine, you really had a good day. So glad for you.
Howie, come on, please don't make us wait a full week. Later when you are a pro at this like Agate then once a week is enough. Right now we want to see how the pedometer is working.
