I've quit counting. I just wanted to have an idea of how active I was. I did 3 days in a row, and they were always in the lower 5 hundreds. 515 or 530. So my question was answered. Agate, you do TWICE what I do. I applaud your doing what you do, and sticking with it. You go girl!

Anyone interested in knowing how active you are, I'll send you my pedometer.

Agate, such wonderful numbers. You have been either busy having fun or walking the halls. Great!!!

Howie, you did good, also. It's hard to get up, stay balanced and propel yourself forward. Good work.

For those of you who take the paper, do you get Parade magazine in your Sunday edition. There was an article in yesterday's that gave 4 exercises that will help keep your core strong which helps with balance and will help keep you nimble and free of back pain. They are all very easy and it does not take long. I did everyone of these during all the years that I was doing Yoga. Of course I did more than these, but I didn't realize how much these were helping me according to this article. If any of you get this little magazine in your Sunday paper be sure to look it up.

I don't think there are many on here who could not do them.

Mindful of the crisis last time, minutes and that’s 350yards. Clenching began the last two minutes. Cut it 100 Yards short of 1/4 mile and averted a crisis.

Odd that warmer water better for Stiff Person Syndrome and cooler for MS.
