    Sad news

    Hello,
    This is Len, Vicky's partner.
She got a lot of joy and comfort from the people here and I wanted to let you know that she passed away last night.
Thanks to you all for helping to keep her relatively sane and happy.

    Len

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that. She was a vibrant voice here, I will miss “seeing” her here. And I am so sorry for your loss.

      Oh nooooo...

What a terrible shock for all who knew and loved her.

She was a beautiful spark here and a wonderful part of this community. Thank you for letting us know. She was always an interesting, thoughtful and vibrant 'voice' here.

      My deepest condolences, Len.

This is very very sad news. Vicky was always so cheerful and supportive. I wish we could have done more for her.

I feel as if I've lost a friend in real life even though we never met.

She was posting here only a few days ago. I hope that she will rest in peace and that you will have all of the support you need from friends and family.

              ((((((Len)))))) ~

I am deeply sorry for your loss, Len.

As a very important member of our on line community, Vicky always offered support and friendship, sprinkled with humor, and contributed greatly to our discussions. I hope that we gave to her as much as she gave to us.

Please know that we are all here for you to provide our support and love. You are not alone.

May you find comfort in your memories and may our thoughts and prayers surround you with peace.

I am so very shocked. Vicky was always a bright spot, sometime with just her witty one liners, which we all loved. I am so unprepared for this that all I can do is say I am so very sorry for your loss. We will feel it here for a long time to come.

I wish you and all of Vicky's family comfort at this time.

                    Bumping this up.

I have no contact information for Vicky but will miss her.

I must have "known" her online for at least 10 years, and not once did I ever know her to get into a dispute with anyone. She was always supportive and helpful. She had her opinions, of course, but she tolerated people who differed with her.

She had a talent for posting images that were appropriate and entertaining. I don't know how she did it but she was amazing.

This place will miss her badly. She didn't discuss her health problems here much. Maybe she preferred not to think any more about them than absolutely necessary.

Maybe she was sparing us too.

Whatever her reasons, we respected them. This board is like that. We leave it up to people to say what's on their minds. Or not say. It's entirely up to them. I like to think that Vicky appreciated that about us.

Vicky was the BEST teaser to Howie!

Always worthy of a few good laughs to watch their funny banter!
