Swam 1/2 mile in 25 minutes after waking up with very bad pain in bladder, in legs, dizziness, headache, lower back pain and hip pain...at least no nausea or lightheadiness now that I am farther away from Rapiflo.
It was emotionally overwhelming and I was crying from the. Pain and the futility of it. So much of the problems are med induced.
DH told me to get anAtivan for relief inthe muscles at least.
It has helped everywhere except dizzy....I was able to cook andwalk more. I think many back issues are tied to being in wc so much of the day and trying to operate ...from that awkward position.
Sunshine, you may be at one of your Doctor appointments, but when you get a chance let us know how things are going for you today. It was good that DH told you to take an Ativan yesterday.
I got back from the doc appt about an hour ago. This is a doc who sometimes makes you wait,...forever. Its due to scheduling too many patients: keeping the eye on gold rather than souls.
Taking the ativan really helped. It made the day more manageable. Thanks for asking Virginia.
Doc appts Tues and Wed. So, If I am not here much, not to worry as when I get home, I have to catch up on cooking for dinner and other missed “chores”....and sometimes my friends linger after the rides.
Yesterday, we went to MIL. This includes stairs. Then out to a Cambodian lunch. Then Trader Joe’s and home for me. That was enough. I had to put things away and do two loads of laundry. And it was in the mid-80’s. I was good and tired and slept well. I’m grateful to be able to be up and out.
