I hope that you have your script for your UTI, and it is kicking in. Be good to yourself.

      Sunshine ~

I'm so sorry that you're in pain. Will the IVIG help that? May all go well for you tomorrow.

      Lazarus ~

We saw a clip of the Patriots game today, and it appeared to be sleeting. While you certainly don't want to be out in that weather, or especially an ice storm, it's so unfortunate that Jack Frost decided to visit your area now. If Jack doesn't back off by tomorrow, I hope that your infusion will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

I was so excited to see your grandson dancing, then disappointed, when I received the same message as ANN. You've certainly given it the old college try, but alas, it doesn't want to be copied. I wish that I was techno savvy, so I might be able to help you.

Sending healing prayers to all ~

Oh shoot, I get the same "invalid signature". I was so looking forward to seeing that little cutie and his dance!

Sorry you're not feeling well, Virginia. UTIs are not fun.
And don't let the naysayers get you down. You are a good person! Whenever someone would say something negative about or to another, my mother would say "consider the source". Words of wisdom.

Hope you feel better after your infusion, Sunshine. Linda too!

Me, I'm fighting a sore throat and trying to avoid catching hubby's bad cold. We managed to dodge the stomach flu that Tula came down with her first day here. It lasted less than 24 hours. Kids are amazingly resilient, bouncing back like nothing ever happened! Everyone departed yesterday morning. We're in recovery mode after a fun week of having both our children and their families here. The house is so quiet now.
Here's a couple shots of my loves.

I also hope that Virginia is getting better.

And Linda, it does seem that this is happening again for you. Fingers crossed that you’ll still get your Rituxan.

We are still at Mom’s but will be home tomorrow night. Today cousins that live fairly nearby but haven’t seen Mom since Daddy’s funeral came to visit. You’d think there was some big reason why but I think it just got to be so long that they didn’t know how to make it right until today. Fourteen years has passed!

Does California get snow? This shot was taken Saturday by my son on the way home.

I love snow, but we seldom get it here. Right now, it's 68 degrees, calling for 70. Now that's way too high for this time of year. And it's supposed to sleet here this morning. Global what?

Nuthatch, are you sure your son has not moved to Colorado? Looks like a lot of hills and a lot of snow. It also looks cold.

Tula and Everett are both just precious. We always enjoy catching up with them and seeing if they have changed much. I wish we could have caught up with the dancing William, but I think things got a little mixed up on that one.

Howie, it is too warm here also. I don't like it. I think it got up to 74 degrees here today. Supposed to be 58 tomorrow, but who knows? It does not feel natural.

I got up late, ate breakfast and cleaned up the kitchen this morning. I set down about 10:45 to start a book that someone from my book club had dropped off. Instead I turned on the TV for just a few minutes and then I remember turning it off in about 10 to 15 minutes. I then slept from about 11 until after 2:30 this afternoon. I heard the phone several times, but did not have it close by and just could not get up to get it. I don't know if I will be able to sleep any tonight or not.

Well, I did get to my infusion and it went very smoothly. The temperature was 35° and we just had rain all day. No trouble driving. I am now set to go until June’s next infusions.

THEN last night out of nowhere we started hearing loud thunder and then lightening strikes all around the house and then we heard ice pelllets. It went on for about an hour. Really loud thunder. It was an exciting and dramatic storm. Early fireworks.

This morning there is a white layer of crunchy ice over everything but the temperature is 33° so it is ok and the temperature will go into the upper 40°’s over the next few days. Amazing weather. We really lucked out as we were in a narrow circle of out area that got rain yesterday when all around us people got ice.

But what a show from Mother Nature last night. She was one roaring lion!

That was exciting Linda. Guess you didn't know what was coming out of the sky next.

Sunshine, thanks for asking about me. Trying to do a little house work today, but just can't seem to get anything done. Laura is here and that will help a little. Legs are so weak that I do just a tiny bit and have to sit. I just hope that you will get to feeling better. I think of you all the time.

Rose, thanks for the reminder. I use to listen to some of her jazz tunes, so I will try to remember this.

Well, wrote my last check for 2019, so have now transferred balance over to 2020 check register. I told Laura she was closing out my 2019 year. I had paid all other bills. At least it is a good way to close out the year.

Is everyone going to stay up to watch the New Year's ball fall this year? Jeanie, you're East Coast time, also Linda and Ann. We know Sunshine is not. She has already started her Keep Moving Thread for next month.

How is everyone going to celebrate?
