Virginia, I've been spending quite a bit of time looking over those New York scenes and reading the stories too.

My sister lived in NYC for a few years and my mother spent her childhood there. I've been there myself a few times. Every time I've seen New York, every street has been pretty crowded with people. Seeing the streets so empty is sad and strange but some of the photos are beautiful, I think.

I've been up since 5am. Why you ask? Because I went to bed at 7pm. It wasn't even dark yet!

Not having TV to keep me up is doing a number on me. But that should end Friday when I get my new antenna from Amazon. Hurry up Friday!!!

Thank goodness I have a bunch of DVDs. Without them, I would be insane by now....well, more insane.

IVIG all day today should help the walking and spasticity. Barely walked uyesterday and today.

The other newer symptoms I am working on, but they are awful....leave t at that. Still will be scarce here, but thinking of ou all.

Good luck Sunshine. I am supposed to do rituxan in June but will have a teleconference with my neurologist soon and discuss what feels right.

I went food shopping this morning. There is a nice grocery store within a mile of my farm and they let old people in at 7 . It was nice. Only a handful of people in the store and they have good products. Peapod deliveries are not as often as I like but I am enjoying this more. Gets me up and moving early morning. Maybe I will give up using peapod.

My sister-in-law shopped for me and along with my brother brought me some things this morning. I ordered a few more this afternoon from Whole Foods. I ordered about 2PM and received them about 4:30PM.

Then I went to a drive thru and got a salad for my dinner.

I liked seeing the chefs’ home kitchens, many of them small New York kitchens. And, I enjoyed the cooking. I decided to make the first sandwich for Peter but needed capers and celery and I had to make the pickled red onions. Got the groceries and made the onions ( simple) and today made the sandwiches. Very tasty.

Each morning, I thin the greens and radishes in my gardens and eat what I thin. It’s a tasty job.

Ann, thanks for link to sandwich making. Wish I was as creative as some of these people. The men are often better cooks than women. Maybe because they are not as scared of failure and also generally they don’t care about the mess they make.

I love grilled cheese and tomato soup, but mine consists of grilling my plain grilled cheese on stovetop and heating some Pacific Foods tomato soup.

I also eat a lot of tuna salad sandwiches but all I do is put sweet salad cubes or relish and some mayonnaise. I would put some lettuce, but I usually don’t have it. I do like a certain kind of tuna if I have it.

Right now I have an avocado, which is going to get too ripe if I don’t eat it so I probably will have to eat it tonight with my broccoli and baked potato. I would like to have it on my next tuna sandwich.

Hope Sunshine is having a good reaction from her IVIG yesterday.

Didn’t have my baked potato and broccoli tonight. Instead I had quiche and avocado. I decided there was no written rule stating I had to have a baked potato tonight.
