Virginia, whenever anyone promises to give me a credit, I try to remember to get the person's name and/or phone extension just in case that credit doesn't happen. :) I fee like I post a lot of bad news. Things just keep happening and I feel blessed that somehow I manage to get through them. I took Lacy to Jim's vet and Jim met me there. Pets are expensive. I then went to the post office for stamps.
I came home and then went to the Credit Union ATM, then the grocery store. When I pulled in the carport I turned off the AC and I could hear bubbling sounds like the radiator. Sure enough the needle was almost to H. I called my neighbor and he and his wife came over and he went home and got some antifreeze. The water in my radiator was rusty. He filled it with antifreeze then filled the antifreeze bottle with water for me to have in the morning to get to my mechanic.
I have a 1 PM 3 hour dental appointment. Hopefully the mechanic can fix it in time. I have written about 40 Christmas cards but have probably 40 more to do. I'm not in the spirit as much as other years. Mainly I am tired all the time.

Jeanie, wish you had a brand new van, but you said you did not like the new ones. Sorry you are having more problems with this one. You are so smart with your Christmas cards. Every year I feel so bad because I keep putting mine off more and more.
That is another long dental appointment you have tomorrow. After today and tomorrow, I hope you can get some well needed rest.
Ann, thanks for the info on scams. Now I will definitely call and report them as soon as my credit comes through.
Agate, she didn't give me time to get any information, but I still have the 1-800 number that I called. Hopefully, if it does not come through that will be enough to get something started.VirginiaComment

I'm just getting up from a long, unplanned nap. TV was going, and I was even under my blanket. It did feel good!
Agate, that car picture looks so blurred shrunk down to be an avatar. But it is so pretty, and has things done to it that require car talk to describe, and I wouldn't do that to you.
