My son has keys to this building and this apartment but nobody else except for the manager does. Back when I had helpers I'd have given almost any of them a key if the need arose but the question didn't come up. I can understand giving a key to someone you know and trust.

I notice that many of my neighbors don't bother. Instead they fuss and complain because the building won't buy a surveillance camera.
