Sunshine, that is really a great morning. Walking up and down stairs in addition to grocery shopping after swim is really good.

Today I went to K-Mart walked inside and picked up drugs, went to Lowe's Foods and grocery shopped, put groceries in car and walked next door to Walgreens and got two items, came home put up groceries and had a cup of yogurt, went to hair dresser for color and cut and blow dry, went to service station and filled car with gas. I think I drove less than 10 miles to do all this. Almost everything is convenient for me.Virginia

You do WAY more than I do, but I have the same arrangement. My bank, and CVS, and the grocery store are all in the same 1 block area. The bank and CVS are drive-thru, and the grocery store, I only have to walk from the car to the entrance, and I use one of the electric carts to shop. A nice setup.

I wanted to go to Panera but I already had food here and decided that I needed to discipline myself and eat what I already have. I am still hurting, but hair dresser was very careful around hair line. I was so GLAD to get it done. I can now open my front door without feeling embarrassed. Next hurdle is when can I read a book??? I am having a fit to read, but glasses hurt me and even if they did not I doubt that I could concentrate with what is going on in my face.
Howie, you do have a good set up like I do. I did a little more walking today just because I wanted to prove that I could.Virginia
