:) Sunshine I am wearing night depends with a long peri pad inside and that cushions my but. I also have some fat there to cushion. I also get up on the bed or into a chair frequently. So far I have not had a bed sore. A different pad might be the best bet. Jeanie :)

Sunshine, that spasm was truly a nasty one, which I don't have to tell you. You didn't say what you did for it. I agree with Ann, isn't this hard on your sleep time?
Congratulations on still, and once again, swimming 1/2 mile. You're like the Timex watch that just keeps on going. Please don't stop.Virginia

Its nasty. I learn not to leap up to stretch it: it’s how I fell.
So, for this one, I lay on my back knees bent and feet on the bed and pushed down on the offending angle. It settled into the position it was supposed to do and didn’t spasm back out. If it had. I would’ve taken Valium or Ativan for sure. My spasms all happen asleep, because during the day I can accommodate my body so I don’t trigger it as readily.
My sleep is a mess: Go to bed by 8 zonked out by meds, awaken 3x for med dosing...I feel tired but not sleepy. But the meds make me feel tired. So, its hard to know what’s what.Last edited by Sunshine; 09-28-2019, 01:56 PM.
