Clouds, that seems nuts about filing with a fee. But I won't doubt it.

We are coming towards the end of building the porch. The mudder has two more coats then the fireplace guy comes and installs the fireplace. Then the stoner comes and we are done with the construction crew. I sure don't like having all of these people in and out of the house. The dog can't take much more of the commotion.

DH and I are doing all of the painting. We decided to save some money by just doing it ourselfs.

The weather has been great in the 70's. We went to a garlic fest on Saturday. Lots of different garlic. I thought there was only one kind of garlic. Wrong there's 100's of different kinds of garlic. We had garlic ice cream. Wasn't bad. I think we all must of had garlic coming out of our pores by the time we left.

On sunday we made garlic butter. Can't wait to have that. We stripped the basil plant and froze that. We are sort of slowing down now for fall. I always feel once labor day is over then summer is done.

Hello everyone, Have been gone for a while, had computer issues with a malware that took 4 weeks to clean, finally have a new computer at least without any virus. Hope everyone is doing great.

We are good, my hubby and I are finally taking a break, Mom came to stay for 2 months due to some medical testing that need it to be done and drove us CRAZY, now a few months of rest she will be back and this time with DAD in November, I think that I am going to move to a different house while they are here LOL. My daughters are fine, the youngest finally came out of the funky mood she had been since the abuse and moved out of bed into the Freshamn Volleybal Team at her HS (yes she is going to be a 9th grader where has the time gone). Is going to keep us busy, they will not start schoool until after Labor Day, but they have practice every morning including Staurdays and even games starting next week. But hey I rather be busy than worried for her, she seems to have recover from her depression and whatever stsress that it was given her the fybromyalgia pain and is up and running THANK GOD.

finally getting to enjoy summer weather here. one day the west deck thermometer was 102! yikes.....too hot for me.we don't have AC so luckily it cools down @ night.

have to admit I'm glad the Olympic's are over. we did very well!now to avoid politic's til winter......

a much beloved newscaster in Seattle died yesterday. she was only 54. I sure did some crying over that even though it was expected.

got smart & put binoc's on patio table so I can see the baby quail.

neighbor dog got brave & walked inside the house. my dog seems to be accepting her visits now.

it's taken me 12 weeks to lose 12#'s.....that's OK since I think I'll keep it off & it encourages me to keep losing!

hope everyone is staying cool. the temps in some areas are WAY too high in my mind.sure gives all the talking heads something to argue about eh?

Sun Porch is almost done. They are finishing up the mudding and then we just have to get the fireplace installed. Then no more people walking into my house. DH and I will start the painting. We are taking a trip the last week of august. going with my family to a cabin. Thank goodness we each have a cabin. The Brother that tried to take me to court isn't coming. Yay! They did ask him but he won't come. If he would have I won't be going. Don't forgive him yet for what he did.

yes i too am wondering how christina is doing. i hope she has plenty of craft stuff to do while sitting and recouperating. i remember one christmas time qwhen i was really bad back and i picked up pine cone with a grabber thing, got a drill and hot glue gun and made holes in the pine cones and had them for christmas tree. all while sitting down after the getting them in house.

i had hu b by bring in some small nails and tacks and have put some of my fVORITE THINGS ON WALL BY CLOSET CLOSEST TO BED WHERE I STAY. THE CLOCK DAUGHTER GOT ME, THE BUTTERFLY WITH FLOWERS PLACK EM GAVE ME AND ESPECIALLY THE LISCENCE PLATE WITH THE GR ANDCHILDRENS FOOT PRINTS I TOOK TO HOSPITAL Ech time after they blacked with ink their sweet feet, i asked the in them again and stamped my liscence plate. so sweet and also some small ravvit make out of cloth. something i love looking at. and clock son gave me sitting even closer on night stand. well i should be able to know the time if not the day anyway, lol. i have one more thing to hang but hubby will have to do that as it will have to be very high now as running out of room. a carosel em did when she was 5 and won a ribbon t fair, so neat and pretty colors. one of those ink things on black. she did each side the same color. not changing like a lot of kids would have done. nd she was so neat with it all. now to get grandsons hand prints on a shirt. i have some of em and wile we are keeping him since his kat club is closed i want to get his on the shirt as well. yep a lot of neat things i love close by while just waiting for sking to grow and holes to heal up.

Joy, well a smaller hole in foot sounds like improvement! sure hope so anyways. sounds nice have a memory wall you can see. and I also am hoping Chris is doing better & keeping busy with her crafts.

it's downright HOT today,forced me to come inside for awhile. dog & neighbor girl came for visit this morning. I finally touched the dog. she wants to "herd" my little dog & that just doesn't go over well.

wore myself out yesterday cleaning house & trailer & doing lots of laundry. Freckle's was at the groomer all day,I let her tail be clipped this time-I'd just wanted to see how long it would get. cocker spaniels no longer have their tails docked (Freckle's is docked).

my mom called yesterday & I cut the call short. just get too upset listening to her nonsense. I worry about her & Dad but there is nothing I can do.

then got a call that housemate's cousin had a major heart attack & he was in surgery. always seems bad calls come in bunches eh?

Dawn,hope you like to paint! I've done more than my share in my life. those days are over for me. you will save alot of money if work fast & have right equipment. are you excited about how to furnish this new room? thinking the dogs might just claim it for their place after putting up with strangers around making a racket for so long! and good for you getting to vacation & not worry about encountering your mean brother.

Bella,good news from you is sooooo welcome! daughter will enjoy playing sports I hope. get on with her life and all.

It has been one of those weeks around here. I just have not bothered getting on the computer much this week ....actuallay I will lay down turn it on adn fall asleep. lol The doctor increased my wellbutrin she started me on last month & I think it is making me tired. I can't see that it is helping but since one of the side effects of taking it is weight loss I'm all for staying on it.

I use the crock pot a good bit in the summer just to keep from heating the house up. You might like this blog it has lots of recipes

Just dropping by. Been crazy busy with doctor stuff. Docs wanted to try a pain med that is risky for epileptics, and my bloodwork came back weird. My health is good, my seizure meds are in the freaking cellar....so they are playing pharmaceutical roulette with me. I am so zonked I seriously thought it was still July!!! Wheee....anyone seen my marbles? Well and truly lost.... feel like a hamster in a lab. Squeak squeak squeak on my spinny wheel!

Wishing you all love, hugs, and sanity in this election season! (I intend not to watch TV till, oh, 2013....LOL)

i am propped up on pillows uaingmy ozygen machine. at least now i know why i have chest pain. tests showed i have a leaky heart valve? my regular doctor not the place whee the tests were done sent a lette saying not to worryit wasn't whatever. anyway ,u wa;;is full it is a place that jutts out because of haing a closet there. it is perhaps 20 inches of painted space so i have things from high to low big to small, lol the small is cloth ravvits etc, one was a tiny hanger that had happy easter over the top of a mom and babt rabbit. since i once had a white rabbit i named happy i hanf onto it and keep it out all year long. another is white material with two stiff rAbbit ears and the bpottom is orange carrt bottom, really cute. i hve a collection of small rabbitts byt ni place o put them here in bedroom.

gee this is hard to two finger type especially in the dark. lol. once i had to stop using all my fingers i had to go back to picking out the letters and it is just uncomforyable lying down using compute. darn so much i want to say but hurts too much to try. will save it up for nexr rime.
