Yeah, I've thought about a bath being a problem. I can see me trying to get in the tub while keeping the cast out of the tub, and falling and breaking my neck.

Sponge baths are often the way to go. You fill the facebowl/washbasin with warm water and dip a washcloth in, add soap, and stand or sit there and sponge yourself off. It's apt to get water on the floor, and so a bathmat under foot is a good idea.
A sponge bath variant is to use "baby wipes" that come in a popup plastic container instead of soap and water.
Andy and I went to the state fair at 12 today. We left at 3. We saw the exhibits and the ice show. Ate a gyro, part of Andy's corn dog, half of a pretzel and brought home some boiled peanuts. Too expensive these days. Gyro $8., corndog $5., pretzel $5. and peanuts $5. $15 for Andy and $9 for me to get in.
Andy got a wallet and I got Lacy a dog outfit that has sleeves for $15. She sratches the back of her front legs until they are raw looking, also her ears. All the outfits I have gound before have no sleeves or are short sleeved.
I ate my peanuts and took a nap from 5 until 8 PM. I am still tired so going back to bed. I avoided all the Trump to do. Now I am headed back to bed. It was 88 at the fair. Goodnight everyone. Jeanie :)

whew, Jeanie what a big day. No wonder you are going back to bed. It was very hot there. That is summer weather. Glad you got out and had a good time. Why does food always taste so good at the fair?
I watched the nightly news so of course saw some of DT on that. The crowds were not what they usually are for inauguration from what I gathered and also from what I saw on the internet.
Well I'm feeling pretty good about myself. I just fixed a computer problem that's been going on all...day...long!!! It was driving me nuts. (I know, a short drive)
I not only fixed it, but made it so I won't have that problem again.
Now I deserve a beer, but don't have any, but a glass of lemonade will do. Cheers!!!

Yes, but it's gone now. I'm just getting up, and had to force myself then. My new med I have to see my doctor about soon. He'll just want to see how I'm doing on it, Lyrica. It's for pain, and works great, having no side effects at all. Well, one. I dream and dream when I sleep.
But tomorrow is a visit about my foot. I think it's almost healed by now, but I may as well let him take a look.
I need to get up, make coffee, and give these poor cats some turkey. Poor babies.
