Thanks guys (and gals). Especially Agate and Howie for the stars. Howie you are not dead. Don't be silly. I saw you just yesterday!

Jeanie I agree w permanent press. Sorry you still don't have ac and that the van's still isn't working. I was so worried about you during the storm.

Once again, applause for great numbers.

I did weight lifting with arms seated. Neuro said it can help my veins tolerate the infusions and not collapse. And I hauled a heavy bag up 2 flights. I messed up my 6 a.m, MMJ dose, so I skipped th swim

I find those exercises to be hard. I used to do some of those--using 3-lb. weights. I probably should start doing them again.

I use 8 lb weights for two types of the arm lifts, and 5 lb weight for the third type. I got the exercise years ago from strong women stay young, but stopped it when I took up lap swimming and surfing,

3 lbs is a great start. Keep it at 3, add an extra lb each month when u see if you can do it without hurting yourself.

Agate, they actually started me at two lbs when I first started. I don't do them anymore. BBS, has very good arm strength. You might also, but I do not.

Virginia, I didn't know how to break it to BBS but I don't think I'll ever be able to lift more than the 3-lb. weights. Those have been quite difficult even though I did them regularly for quite a number of years. They never got any easier. When you're ready to move on to more weight, I believe that you're usually aware that the weight you're using is getting pretty easy for you.

                            Never happened for me.

I did a little bit today. I cleaned bathroom other than the shower, dusted the furniture, washed the linens, changed the bed, cooked a little dinner and I think that is as far as I can drag this out to make it seem like I did a lot. Oh! I took recycling out back twice.
