    Def boot camp ANN!

    Sounds like some spasticity agate.

I lifted my weights today. It’s starting to get warmer in Florida. I hope to swim briefly Tuesday. Or at least stay upright in water and tread water with arms, not legs, if back isn’t good enough for swim.

Tomorrow too many appointments to fit a pool trip in.

I finally felt well enough to swim, so I did. I swam 1/4 mile in 16 minutes. Slow is fine with me: before SPS swam it in 11 minutes. Would like to erurn to at least 20 minutes each day. Let’s see if the back keeps healing.

Today I swam 1/4 mile plus 50 Yards for 15 minutes. Nothing bad happened. Victory! Would be so much easier if the Locke room wasn’t freezing, if there wasn’t such a long walk to the pool, and drive, and stairs, and if the bathroom stall was ADA compliant. So it’s a double victory.

Sunshine, is there someone or some organization in charge of the locker room and the bathrooms? Maybe putting in a word about the locker room temperature and the bathroom stalls would yield some improvements. It wouldn't hurt to call attention to the situation.

I agree! The squeaky wheel gets the grease, or something like that!

Tomorrow is reverse airports. Saturday is MIL shopping. Sunday is Easter at our house. Monday and Tuesday I rest. Wednesday contractors are starting work on a new sill for the left side of the house. That will be 7 AM until 4 PM for about 5 days including Saturday.

I am telling you now as I am guessing I will be too tired to type.

Ann, that is quite a lot of activity, if you’re quiet we know why!

Swam 50 Yards short of 1/3 mile, 17 minutes.

I complained to the top guy. He is “working on it” and has permission re the accessible toilet. Government works so slowly. He claims no one complains about the cold. They do, to the front desk person. It doesn’t make its way up to the county desk person. I tell ladies to call the chief. No one likes to do that dirty work. It’s left to people like me....

Swimming a third of a mile in 17 minutes on top of all the rest of the rigamarole, I'm impressed.
