It’s so scary! One bad move and you have a zillion tons water pushing you to the bottom. Many big wave surfers, as they’re called, wear vests that inflate with air in wipeout.

Sunshine, when will we get to see you surfing a monster wave like those?

Ha! The biggest wave I have been on is 6’ and let me tell you, the power in that wave was tremendous. The board moved so fast it was hard to keep up with it! What an exciting wave that was! Unforgettable. It was 2016. And it was witnessed, making it very sweet indeed.

Swam 15 minutes today, 1/4 mile plus 50 Yards. Sad to lose cardiovascular endurance; thrilled to still be able to swim.

Was telling DH yesterday that the last several weeks have seen modest improvements in SPS/MS. I can walk forward on the modest handicap inclines now, instead of side step. I can walk about 10-15% further before feeling pain and spasticity. I am thinking clearer.
