I don't know why the picture does not show for you, it does for me, but I'll give it another try.

I can see it. Is she single?

Never mind Howie, nuthatch. I can see the photo now. Tula is a charmer--and it looks as if that curly hair is there to stay.

Some children's hair starts out one way and then turns into something quite different. Tula will probably be one of those lucky people with naturally curly hair.

She just gets cuter and cuter. Did she bring her big shaggy dog? Does she pose for the camera?

Ann, I had a co-worker one time who had a small dog who always slept on her head. My co-worker was hot natured anyway, so I think with the dog on her head the air conditioner had to run about year round. I guess she got use to it, but I could not.

Lily started sleeping on my head after her partner, Kofi, died. She had to be touching my face. Now she will settle for my hair. We got the younger cats because we thought she needed cat contact but she is not interested in them at all.

              Tula is growing!

Nuthatch, I just slipped below 130 pounds but have been maintaining my weight. I am very active and can eat much more than before. A CT scan done as f/u for a small renal aneurysm showed two other vascular things that could possibly cause eating problems but turned out to be incidental findings.

Good Wednesday, everyone. Where are the East Coast early birds? Sunshine, Howie?

It’s a beautiful day in Boston. A little warm, supposed to go to 81, but it’s time for that.

I hope you day is good.

                  Beautiful photo nuthatch.

ANN, I was up as usual, but just feel kind of weak, was lying down after my swim and grocery shop. Back now. Sorta. So tired of these meds and illness....

Cherie, thank you for your comments on No Contrast. It makes sense.

Virginia an even easier recipe : Put about 1.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs in a pan. Take the larger jar of Alessi Pesto and smear it all over the top. Bake 400F about 25 minutes.

Thats it! The thighs moisture and fat combine with the Pesto in a most delicious and pretty way. DH really likes it and doesnt seem to miss my other fancy thigh recipe that is a lot more involved.

Thanks Sunshine, wrote it down. With a salad and that, it is all one needs. I will take all the easy recipes you have.

Hi Ann, I have been fooling with my phone. Ugh! I received a strange call on my landline this morning which I did not get to in time to pick it up. I saw the ID gave the daughter of a very good friend who now lives in Fla. When I returned the call that was on my caller ID, I got a message that the call could not go through as dialed. I tried a number of times, but could get nothing. I called my friend's number and it had been disconnected. I cannot reach anyone. I think that her daughter is trying to reach me to tell me her Mother died or something. My new cell phone has the number that I have had all these years, but I have not set up my message part. I heard the cell phone ping right after I got the landline call. It shows that I have a message, but I cannot retrieve it. When my friend use to call me on my landline and couldn't get me, she would right away call my cell phone. I have once again fiddled away my morning. But have wanted to hear from this friend for quite awhile. She failed to send me a Christmas card this past year, which was not a good sign.

Ann, we are supposed to have your temperature today 81. That is good for us as long as the humidity stays low.

Laura is here. She is very good with iPhones, but she was also unable to retrieve anything.

It would make my day if we heard from Cat.

Your cellphone call registryshows all calls that came in and went out. Is he incoming call the same as the one shown on your landline?

Neither Laura nor I can pull it up. I might get some help from some other source. Thanks Sunshine.

Oops, it is already 86 degrees here. I must have read something wrong. Due to get to 88.

My friend is dead. I found her obituary. It was very lengthy. She had been extremely active and had done so much. She was a strong lady. She will be missed.

Jim brought Lacy home today. She is happily lying on the bed. I am changing the aides hours from 8 to 8 to 9 to 6. Jeanie :)
