Why doesn't the requirement of stretching first apply to cats in order to 'warm up' their muscles?

We all know the wiring in my brain is "messed up". One thing I really hate is when I drink coffee, I get sleepy.

So, just curious why you need sleeping aids then?

Or, are you like me in that "sleepy" and "able to fall asleep" are unfortunately two completely differing events?

BINGO!!! But the sleep aide does help. It's actually a med for allergies, but it can be either a sleep med, or for allergies, Dyphenhydramine.

Wanted to add, that's Benadryl. It was declassified from a controlled drug, to an OTC drug, no prescription needed. That's why it's used in so many meds, for so many ailments. That's why I shopped, and found the best deal.

I used to take it as well, but I'm now trying to use it sparingly.

I can joke because my mom had dementia before she graciously passed away. She had Alzheimer's. Just shoot me...please!!!

Thanks you guys. I like to think I still have a brain cell or two, still alive. Alzheimer's is such a sad thing to witness. But she never forgot who I was. You watch someone who gave you life, who you have known all your life, fade away.
