That's really nice and....OH, what's this wine glass doing in my hand? That's a darn mystery to me!

I think I'm becoming an Amazon addict! I LOVE being able to go, using your computer, and buy ANYTHING!!! I just bought a gizmo to hook ALL my antennas together, then into the TV. It may make no difference, but if successful, should be able to pick up signals from both North, and South without changing the direction of the outside antennas.

Best of all, the new gizmo was $12. Now wait a few days, and the nerdy gizmo lover can play with his new toy.

PS I love the new bathroom rug. It even inspired me to take a bath!

The cats never complain! Neither one of them have EVER taken a bath....well, not in a tub. I'll help them take their cat bathes until I get a fur ball, and have to hack it up. And I even have to clean those up! Having cats is not an easy life!

That's reminiscent of an old Steve Karlin (?) joke: "I love giving my cat a bath. She loves it too. Only bad part is getting all the fur off my tongue..."

                      Funny Cat!

Howie, glad you are enjoying Amazon. Maybe after you get use to it you will not want everything you see. That was the way I was at first, but now after several years of going on I am able to curb any impulse buying. I usually just buy things I really wanted before I went on. I wonder if you got lots of thunder storms this evening.

We have had so many thunder storms this evening and tonight. I enjoyed my Birthday dinner with brothers and their wives, but they were so concerned about all their dogs because of the thunder that we felt compelled to leave at the end. That was alright because we really were finished anyway. One of my sister-in-laws was keeping their two Grand dogs while my Niece went to the beach, so she had to get back to them. That brother had to get home, in another direction, to their two dogs. The other brother and his wife had put their dog in daycare so they would not have to miss my Birthday and they wanted to get back and get her out before they closed. Still a nice evening, and food was really good.

Oh gosh Cat, sorry about all the dog talk, but that's just the way it is.

Virginia, I didn't get a drop of rain. You must have hogged it all and left us Virginians high and dry! It was much cooler today, so I'll settle for that.

I'm glad you enjoyed your meal out. I used to eat out all the time, but am turning into a real homebody! I think the cats have done that to me!

Gee Ann, I had Glazed pork chop, it was glazed with a maple and bacon glaze, smashed sweet potatoes, green beans, a small piece of corn on the cob (I was unable to eat it because I had too much food). Also, for dessert they brought me a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and then whipped cream on top drizzled in chocolate. All paid for by brothers, which was nice. Anyway, I did get chocolate.

Howie, I still enjoy eating out once in awhile, but not all the time. Mostly I go with my family and not too many other times.

Our new grandson is home from the hospital after a rough start. They kept him for an extra day to keep an eye on jaundice, once he was done with antibiotics. We are so relieved! Here is a picture of little Everett and a pic of our happy little Tula, both shots taken just this morning. Tula was enjoying eating mangos! Everett is simply enjoying being home with his Mom and Dad! Feeling blessed!

What a sweet, happy little smile on Tula's face. Everett is just starting life, but will smile soon too!
