It's one of many images that came up when I tried to find the suit you described. It's called a "Speedo Female Tri-Elite Long Sleeve Wetsuit Swimsuit."

I was curious about what this suit would look like. Now I'm wondering how a person gets in and out of it. Is there a zipper somewhere?

I think it would be hard for me to get in and out of it, however BBS has said she has strong arms if I am not mistaken.

It has a back zipper. The trickier part is getting it off legs, that's why I cut mine off at the knees. Now it's a snap to remove it. I will google the speedo one. New to me!

I'm relieved to know it has a zipper. I was trying to imagine squirming into or out of it.

How many of us could mansge a back zipper on anything we wear? In dresses, I prefer over the head or a side zipper.

Dresses? I haven't worn any dress in at least 25 years. Back zippers are out too though there are gadgets to help with them, and I had one though I don't know where it is just now.

I can do a zipper that is just a couple of inches down the back of my neck, the way some turtleneck tops and pullover sweaters are made.

The sippers have a very long ribbon-like strap attached to them, making it pretty easy to pull up. And, there is always a friend to help out if necessary.

I like the look to. It makes me look like a superhero. I joke that it holds my body together.

I swam 1/2 Mile today and am paying for it with unsettled legs. Just that extra 100 yards seem to push it over the edge. Dang.

BBS, sounds mighty good to me! I did 16 leg lifts each leg.

I'm a big Sea Hunt fan, made back in black and white TV days, and the suits I see them use then, are two piece, a top and bottom that just pulled on, and a hood to keep your hair dry. I don't remember ever seeing a zipper.

Howie, you would definitely need the hood. You have to protect your ponytail.

I tend to be non-moving. But today we (hubby and I) walked 14 blocks doing a couple of errands. I need to get into the habit of walking. But in Tehran it's rather daunting. Our building is on the bottom of a depression. To get to either corner its uphill. Eyeballing it, I say the difference in height is 2 flights of stairs. If I did it nearly every day, I think I could attempt the next block which is almost flat. Then work up to block after block. It's about a mile to the German church to which I used to walk.
In Wisconsin its all flat in our neighborhood. But I'm too lazy to go out.

I went surfing today with a bunch of friends.

It was just gorgeous out, like a day in the month of May. The waves were pretty large, waist to chest high. I got two outstanding rides! I was very pleased with being able to paddle for the wave, get to my feet in a hurry and stay on the board even though it was moving very fast.

I also had an outstanding wipe out. I got too far in front of the wave when I was paddling. I was pushed off the board and spun around underneath it. I told myself to relax and that helped. I surfaced out of breath. Then, another wave pushed me down again and again. I knew I would be OK, but couldn't help feel anxiety about whether my legs would start to seize up during the pummeling. Luckily they didn't.

I took in so much ocean water that it was pouring out of my nose like a faucet . I was coughing a lot and thought i was going to vomit up ocean water..... However, after a few minutes the feeling past. I took that as a sign that I needed to sit on the beach for a little bit.

The companionship and the beach was outstanding and there were some excellent surfers in the water that were fun to watch. One of my buddies is at the women's march in Washington today. My spirit is with her for this. I couldn't help but think about it ----except for when I was actually in the ocean.

One of the wonderful things about surfing is that your mind completely empties out when you are out there. All you are focused on is the gorgeous scenery, the scary wave coming your way, and anything else that happens to be going on in the water. And trust me, there is plenty to watch and notice!

You aren't doing much thinking, just staying in the moment and absorbing everything,

Wish I could've stayed, but MS pretty much dictates what is and is not possible now. I wish I could divorce MS!
