Yep, Ann, that's me for sure!!

Anyone hear from Suze-Q - seems like quite awhile. I miss her. I know I saw Parsi once, but haven't seen much of her. She sometime has problems I guess posting when she is in Iran. I hope all is well with them both and that maybe Suze-Q will check in soon.

Virginia, I've put gas in using a 5 gallon container, but haven't driven Pinky. I have some sort of mental block I guess. I think falling the other day with no memory of falling has put me in an odd mental state.

The weather has cooled enough, we got paid so I have money incase there's a problem. I just can't take that first step out of the house, to go to the garage. And I've been hurting way too much, and actually took a Tylenol/Codeine pill which I really didn't want to take, but being in constant pain gets old fast.

I know it would do wonders for my outlook to drive Pinky. Then why don't I?

I will tell everyone AFTER I get back from my drive, but no predictions when that might be.

I'd better check that Sam still has the key!

Sorry about the fall Howie. I didn't realize you had fallen without any memory of it. I wonder if you just got dizzy or what happened? Hope you are alright.

Scratches and bruises, but I must have fallen face first. My nose has what looks like scrapes, and the bone between my eyes hurts if pressed on. The worst is I split the inside of my bottom lip, but everything is healing fast. That first day, I could hardly eat.

As the old saying goes, "Time heals all wounds".

So sorry you had a fall, Howie! Seems to me that happened once before--a fall you had no memory of, a while back?

It would be hard to eat with a split lip. Hope the healing continues!

I'll try that as soon as she wakes up, and gets off of Daddy's bed. But then, naps are good. My naps allow me to stay up for Sea Hunt at 4 AM. THIS channel has had some pretty good movies today....or tonight...or this morning.

If I didn't feel so bad today, I would go look for that shoe. I think I'll make an appointment to see my doctor about all this pain. Maybe I've built a tolerance to the pain med I'm taking and it doesn't work as well. All I know is I'm tired of hurting.

No sleep again last night, so I don't feel I should drive today. I went ahead and made coffee earlier. I love that French Vanilla!

Sally, I realize you're talking about actual rats, the rodents who have been around for ages and ages and will survive us.

Even after some national leader presses the button that wipes all of us off the face of the earth, those rodent rats will probably be thriving.
