I love your pink house, Vicky. Lots of closets, I bet. And you could make one room a library!!

It's far too big for two people. No maid. I never did want one. Not quite sure why we bought it to begin with. I guess we didn't realize the MS would keep progressing anyhow. :-(

The bedrooms are all upstairs but the dining room is on the first floor. I guess we'll probably stay here anyhow.

I wish we did have more closets. Whoever built it didn't seem to think it needed lots.

We did make one room a library though!

Suze, I got about a two hour nap which will work out well with my regular sleep tonight. The only problem is I slept through my pain med dose, and woke up hurting, but I took it then, and after a while, stopped hurting.

I still have two antennas I didn't hook up, and really don't need them. I think I'm going to hook one to the radio on the stereo.

The doctor visit went fine, but I didn't mention anything to him. I know, I am hard headed!

You may have asked other things, but this was all I could remember! Bad brain!

Beautiful house! If I weren't disabled, my dream house is an old Victorian, with the curved staircase, lots of rooms, tall Windows, turrets... so I live in a ranch, no stairs, no turrets. I do have extra large windows in my bedroom and living room.....

And Vicky, that's a really nice looking home. Do you guys plan to stay there? I would!

Happy birthday to Peg's Nora today!

Good to see nuthatch (Joan) back and posting again!

Vicky, that's a spectacular house. Looks as if you have a lot of options there--you can be indoors or in the glassed-in porch or out on either of a couple of decks or porches.

Living in a house has real advantages. If you have more maintenance than you have time and energy for, though, you start feeling that the house owns you.

Being surrounded by stately trees like that must be restful. I'd probably want to move out if the trees around here ever got cut down.

Hey gang, look at my new chainsaw! I think Agate has a few eyesores that need to be taken down! That will be a good chance to see what this baby can do!

Howie to the rescue, chain saw and all. Agate just watch out or your trees are gone.

Did anyone read the book Me Before You? I know it was made into a movie, but I did not see the movie and did not talk to anyone who mentioned it. I read the book Monday and Tuesday afternoons and evenings. I did not want to quit reading because I honestly did not know how it ended. I normally read historical novels or mystery type books, but decided that this might be a light change. It was a change.
I enjoyed it, but keep thinking about it today.

What happened to the chainsaw your cat Sam was playing around with? She broke it, you say?

I think you should try it out in your own back yard.

Sam hid her chainsaw so cat daddy can't use it. She's so selfish sometimes!

Virginia, I hadn't heard of the book Me Before You but looked up a summary of its plot. It sounds as if it ends sadly. Did you find it hard to take?

My mom read, "Me Before You," and loved it. She asked me to send her, "After You," by the same author, Jojo Moyes. I did.

Isn't that a movie that's coming out? I've seen the words "Me before you".

Agate, I didn't really find it hard to take, but just kind of hard to get out of my head today. I just finished it last night. I intend to read the next one that Ann mentioned - After You. I've got another one to read before then.

Ann, let me know what your Mom thinks about After You.
