Ah HA!!! I caught you! Thought I would be asleep by now, and zzzzz zzzzz zzzzz....

For no particular reason, I didn't sleep last night, didn't even try. I seem to do this at least weekly. I must be in just the right location, and I pick up three movie channels with my antenna. They have commercials, but those come in handy to give me a chance to use the bathroom.

I do feel sleepy, but will wait until tonight so I don't develop a weird sleep pattern.
Up all night, and sleep all day. Wait, that sounds like the cats. They are a bad influence on me!

Sometimes a short nap will be enough, but not enough to prevent you from being sleepy tonight, Howie. Were the movies good? How's the antenna working? Which one did you get and keep, I'm still thinking of ways to try and cut my cable bill down.

How'd the doc visit go, did you open up to him? Was it helpful? Was it about how coffee makes you sleepy, or your obsession with cheesy MS tshirts?

I hate to mention this because the water heater leak sent a wave of fear through the board.

Today I woke up, came down and fed the cats, took my meds and put water on for coffee. Then I went to pee. Water was dripping from the ceiling - there's another bathroom above. So, I went up and turned that water off and called the plumbers. They had replaced that upstairs seal in January.

This time it was rusted out bolts somewhere. Not the ones on the floor. Easy fix but a lot of anxiety until they got here. So I tried to tidy up the house for the plumbers!!

They're gone. Cost another $227. I am feeling better but now wondering what is next.

An unspectacular small house , w a raised roof and dormers, around the corner just sold for $784,000! It's just rediculous. The single family houses are few and the stock on the market is low.

We were nuts to buy our house for just the two of us. It's much larger than what we need but here we are. No plans to move anytime soon.

Pretty house Vicky but it does look big. I hope you have a maid. Are you self sufficient on the first floor or do you have to climb steps? Looks like a glassed in porch which I would really like.
